Hi,

I was ready to upload updated (and bigger) maps to my website http://nightearth.com, when I've just found out I am over the disk quota (even though as per cPanel I am currently using 786.59 MB of the 1 GB available). The fact is that right now my website is showing warnings, and the main map is misbehaving.

I just found out that there is an unlimited space option available, so I would like to ask if that could be applied to my account and website. I would rather prefer staying here than migrating to another free server (unfortunately ads wouldn't as of now cover the cost of paid hosting).

Regards,
Jose.

Hi Jose,

Thanks for the request. I've upgraded you to Unmetered disk space. :)

Thank you,

Thanks a lot!
However, when I now log in in cPanel, there is a message stating "You don't have any websites added. Create one and begin your online presence today!".
The website still works perfectly, though. The issue is only with cPanel.
Regards, Jose.

Hi Jose,

If you need your website to be listed in our x10Hosting Basic control panel, you can safely re-add the site as a "Custom Website". This won't touch any of your files or change any of your settings. :)

Thank you,

Ah, I see. So, along the change to the unlimited space, my account has been migrated to this "x10hosting basic", right?
How can I access phpMyAdmin and the other management options with this basic cPanel? I've added my domain as a custom website, but I only have the options "file manager", "ftp accounts" and "email accounts".

Hi adler96,

In the x10Hosting Basic control panel, you can access phpMyAdmin by clicking on "Databases" at the very top of the page, and clicking on the phpMyAdmin button. :)

You can also switch back to the standard cPanel x3 theme if you wish, which is probably what you're used to. You can do this by clicking "Switch Theme" in the top right corner. ;)

Thank you,
