I understand your frustration, I really do. The administration, from what i have heard, are working as hard as they can to fix the issues that are overcoming x10hosting. When one issue is fixed another is to be fixed. Their main concern is the people using their service. Please hold in there as this may concern to a server issue. Remember every time a hosting account is added it has to add one more account to cpanel out of millions. The program is not build to handle that many account without tweaking. Go to the open actions page for the creation of your account for more information on if it is done or not.
