hosting account suspended

Hi,

I signed up for a free hosting account and 17 minutes after being created it got suspended.
The reason it state is as follows:

Suspension Reason: Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded.

I have uploaded nothing to this newly created free hosting account as yet. Please, can you help me?
I have checked the forum, the wiki site and the faq but I believe this problem is something else.
On the forum I found another user having its hosting account suspended too.

There was an error in one of our systems we use that caused it to suspend some users erroneously; I'm currently working backward and investigating each. Yours looks like one of the false ones so I'm getting it unsuspended now; your account itself wasn't compromised so you shouldn't need to change passwords or anything.
