Hosting account suspension

Hello, i just signup for a free hosting account and in less than 4 hours , when i was trying to access the hosting account, they displayed that the hosting account is under suspension. Please help me. Thanks for your support.

Are you saying you didn't upload a proxy? And your time-frame is way off, the account was suspended 13 hours 10 minutes and 51 seconds after creation for uploading a proxy onto the account.

If you wish to dispute this of course I can go and see what's actually on the account.
