Alright, so last night I signed up for an AdFree account on ExoFire under the name mikimis (that's the subdomain and my cpanel login) I spent a good couple hours transferring files via FTP (nothing that violated TOS, just the MovableType blogging code) Everything was going well, I was very satisfied thus far. But now this morning, when I tried to log into cPanel and FTP, both login attempts were unsuccessful. I checked to see if there was an issue with the server (absolut) and there wasn't as far as I could tell. It didn't seem that the account had been suspended. When I directed my browser to mikimis.exofire.net, I was shown a page saying that the domain was available, as if my efforts of the previous evening were just a dream. If I did indeed violate TOS, could someone point out where, and if not, could someone reinstate my account? If you need more information, let me know.

I see your 'Welcome' index page and uploaded files in your home/public_html directory.

Your account still exists and is fine. Are you still seeing the 'Domain Available' page when you try to load http://mikimis.exofire.net?

As it looks now, everything seems fine except for FTP. The main FTP account (mikimis[linked to the main hosting/cPanel accounts I'd assume]) is being denied access, even though it's using the same login/protocol info from last night (saved session.) For now I'll manage through cPanel...if you could do some inverstigeratingizing it'd be most beneficial =D

PS- Support turnaround time has impressed me, comparatively speaking, so keep up the good work and continue to impress me!

You can login to FTP with the same username and password you use to login to cPanel.
Please, if the problem doesn't gets fixed in the next day, re-open the thread or open a new one asking for support.
