Hosting account

For a while I did not need services of your hosting and my account was suspended. At the present time, I would like to continue to use your services, but when trying to enter / register for a hosting account I get the error "Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled sign ups. Please try back at a later date." You can register my hosting account?

We don't manually create accounts any more.If your country is blocked and you can't sign up then there is no option left.
