I'm not entirely sure what you are asking for, but your site has been permanently suspended with a zero-tolerance suspension. This means you will not be able to retrieve any of your files or databases prior to the account termination after 14 days.

Nulled scripts are against x10hosting's TOS and against several laws in the USA, so it falls to Zero Tolerance permanent suspension. It's listed right in the TOS that we don't allow nulled scripts/warez on our servers.
