Hosting Control Panel access not possible

After logging on to my dashboard I cannot access the control panel.
I get this message:

Secure Connection Failed​

An error occurred during a connection to x11.x10hosting.com:2222. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.


Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Any suggestions as to how to proceed.

I can reach the x11 server fine at this time. This error is generally a client side error.

in addition to fixes listed by that link, also make sure the OS and browser are up to date. Some have also reported that restarting their modem and router tended to help.
