hosting disabled

I have been logging on to the forum frequently but I checked my hosting account after 3 months to find it disabled.

This is the message on the page and Im not able to create support ticket either.

"Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account."

I have not breached any x10 hosting Terms of Service and my control panel url is - http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

I would greatly appreciate any help from admins Thanks.

There is no Free Hosting Account linked to this Forum account.

What was your cPanel username and domain?

If you did not actually log in to the Forum (cPanel and Account Panel do not count) for 31 days, you would have been suspended for inactivity and your account would have been deleted some time after 14 days of suspension. No backups would be available.
