Hosting keeps going down

Okay i had this problem before, it was reeeeeaaaaaallllllyyyyyyyyyy sllow for all of my users, and when people checked from X10Hosting they just thought i was lying. it's happening again, my users has posts of it and i have lost some of code from when it went down, it came backup and then some stuff where gone, i manage to recover some but not all, and also it is still slow.
I just please request for you to swap my server or do something - I just really need help. I have flushed my DNS and w/e and all my users are experiencing all of the problems above.
Please. Do Something!

This is from all of my users, very bad, i'm on Absolut server and also cpanel name is blitza.
