Can't; Proxies are explicitly disallowed in the TOS you agreed to when you signed up.
What I find most amusing is your hosting was active for a record 1 hour 2 minutes and 59 seconds before you uploaded a proxy script, which got you permanently suspended. We will not unsuspend you as this is part of the x10hosting Zero Tolerance policy.
