Hosting Password Update Error

Hosting Password Update has been failing to update my password for a while now. I've resubmitted the open action a couple times over the course of the last month, and there has been no change.

When I change my password, all the passwords change, except for the one to access the actual webpages.

Is there a fix for this? Or if not, is it possible to delete my account?

Hello,

Please try once again, this time create a new password modification query instead of retrying to current one.

If you want to delete your account, please confirm that you have taken all necessary backups from your account.

No change.

I go to Account->Update Password and then type in my new password. This is the message I get:

Your password change request has been processed. The changes that occurred to your services are listed below:

• Your client account password was updated successfully.
• Your forum account, matodd, had its password updated successfully.
• Your hosting account matodd has a password update processing. View.

Am I doing something wrong?

How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, just confirm you have taken backup of your data. and i will terminate your account.

btw: I reset your password and try to login with new password. and that worked fine. I have emailed you the new password on your email matcatprg[@]yahoo.com

I haven't decided whether I want to delete my account yet.
