If you are trying to run that on PHP-Nuke then you need to move it to your PHP-Nuke directory, I was looking at your index and you don't have it installed. Make sure you downloaded it from the vwar.de official website. You should also remove the PHPBB install because that can be installed by people you don't know. If I were you I would go to cPanel (DOING THIS WILL DELETE ALL FILES ON YOUR WEBSERVER) > File Manager > Then delete public_html > and click create folder and name it public_html > Go back to the cPanel homepage, and click Fantastico at the bottom right, and look for PHP-Nuke. I think PHP-Nuke will be good for you. In my opinion it is easy to setup. If you have any further problems I'll be here if no one else is

Err... never mind, misunderstood your question.

Umm... check for permissions? Set them to 755.

On x10, the Database Server is "localhost". The database will only be accessible on the x10 server

change CHMOD folders to 755 and files to 777

When you finish to edit files, change folders to 755 ( = ) and public_html to 750 and files to 644

if you are still having a problem try deleting your .htaccess (make sure you have a backup) and then try to see if it work
