Hi,
I have problems since few days with my site.
X10hosting got prblems? because i can't acces my server ftp.

you will have to wait till the servers are fully migrated before you can access your cpanel again. Like carl said you can use

to see updates on the issue.

Absolut Migration - 5 days ago

We’re moving Absolut to the new hardware, one account at a time.

This is what will happen:

1.) Your account is packaged up.
2.) Your account is redirected to a migration page.
3.) Your packaged account is moved to the new server and unpackaged.
4.) DNS is updated so your site now points to the new server.

Even though your site has been moved successfully your ISP may have the record cached pointed at the old server. You may have to wait a few hours for DNS propagation before you will see your site on the new server.

Known Issues:
For some reason the move has been wiping out the MySQL access hosts. If you have MySQL issues please go to the remote MySQL section of your cPanel and add “int.fris.x10hosting.com” as an access host. This should fix the MySQL issues.

All other issues please open a support thread: http://x10hosting.com/forums/support.php

Because they are doing it one account at a time it may take a while but this was 5 days ago. This means that soon you will be able to access your cpanel and your website files.

Known Issues:

Ok i think i understing now. I can't understand on my site even my ftp until upgrade for the server.

things will change and the servers will be back up soon so your ftp can cannot to them. It will just take some time before they will be back up as they are currently under maintenance, like i said.

make sure your logging in at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and then ones signed in click free hosting and view details then from there go to your cpanel.
