Is it okay for me to host a site like pspiso.com and have iso's for psp and emulators and stuff or is that against the TOS

The legality of ROMs is questionable at best. Even if ROMs are legal given you own the original, you (creator of said website) would never be able to prove that you knew your visitors owned copies of the games. Also, providing download access to ROMs, which are copyrighted material, is distributing.

All said and done, what you want to do, probably won't hold up to the TOS, and is a questionable practice at best.

If it's copyrighted you can't distribute it, that's pretty much how it works.

I was going to suggest a disclaimer, that's how a lot of ROM sites don't get shut down.

Well, I think Corey gave the answer and he's the boss.
Unless you have permission from the copy-write holder, or author or whatnot, then its not allowed.
If you have further questions, support requests, etc - please open a new thread.
