You may skip this part if you want:

https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)
Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

When you are in cPanel, open File Manager and browse to either /www/ or public_html
Put here whatever you want to.(Create or use the upload function)
For example,
index.htm or helloword.htm
