Hosting status Active, but my page is suspended

Hi,
my page was suspended on 11th, on 15th i logged on to the forum and i also requested to be unsuspended.
well the status changed from suspended to active but my page(kai.x10.bz) still won't load, saying that it's suspended.
Please help.

Escalating to a full Support Ticket so an Admin can fix this for you.
