Hello, thanks for the free hosting. I'm afraid that I screwed up my hosting username when I signed up. I meant to use jkhouston but did not recognize that there was a character limit so my username is now shown as jkhousto. Would it be possible to change my hosting username to jhouston. I appreciate your assistance, John

I donot think so as it is a cumbersome process amidst of many many support requests.Also you might know that forum account is associated with hosting account in unique way which is not to be disturbed.
What I would suggest is to wait for the time until the forum name change bonanza comes like it came 3 months ago.
Then you would get it done.

Can't change it. You can ask for the account to be deleted. Wait until it clears the system. And then sign up again.

But why? cPanel usernames are not viewable.
