I have tried multiple attempts and every possible suggestion given to me but unable to host www.detectivevinayak.com what to do?

Followed all steps as follows:

First I thought problem solved but it has become more complicated.
1. While adding domain in addon option website gets hosted even mail options are available but not shown on the https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&u=detectiv page.
2. I have suggested lot of friends to host through x10hosting but first time such a big deal problem.
