Your website looks okay, but I am highly impressed with the number of html errors (427), and css errors (10) that your website has.
I would recommend that you try to fix some of those errors and get a slightly less generic favicon (the icon for your website).

There really isn't anything to it - add some flare! Colors, images, etc. would all be beneficial.
