the suspended account is said to be "compromised" and moved to "public_html_compromised" my question is if you already deleted the malicious script, can i access my account now? its been two weeks and as of today my domain redirects to "does not exist" page. I will investigate it by myself but i have no idea where can i access my files?

Please help

Hello,

Please open a suspension appeal ticket and the circumstances behind your suspension will be explained there. If our staff determines that the suspension is permanent, you will be unable to regain access to your account.

The issue is your account looks to have immediately begun sending spam again after the unsuspension was processed; it was re-suspended by a member of our administrative staff due to this.

Per the information I was able to get, multiple users are authenticating directly under the email addresses you set up in cPanel and using them to send spam; to help with this I have forced a password reset on all email accounts in use on your account. You will need to fix the passwords in order to begin using these accounts again, however this will also be the final time we can lift the suspension to the account. Make sure whatever password you set these to is a strong password, and keep it secure.

Edit: And yes normally you'd want to open a dispute through the other systems; seeing as I saw this here and I answer those disputes anyways, figure'd I'd explain it here.

this is the first time i experience suspension like this. I can't trace what causes the spam mails, but yes i am aware that after installing new theme on my website I begun receiving spam mails on my admin account. I suspected the emails came from the builtin autoresponder of the theme... please allow me to further investigate what causing the problem so that i can correct it with out you suspending my account.

Im not aware of how much emails the autoresponder are sending. And Im not aware of the responses my website are creating...

I need to identify features to turn off... I'll create another thread as soon as i figure this out. please allow me to do my task for the moment.

thanks
