I am unable to log in to cPanel and have been since server migration began.
My site is database driven and currently an SQL error statement is being displayed as the database address is wrong - it needs to be added as an external database through the cPanel to int.fris.etc.
I have changed my password twice via x10hosting.com/control and hoped that would clear whatever hiccup there was. As you define, this should change the password for account, forum and cpanel.
The latest password works fine with the forum and account, but the cPanel continues to refuse access.
Being unable to access the cPanel is a problem, but a more immediate issue is changing the external database address. Without it my site is somewhat crippled.
If you have any ideas on how this can be done, please let me know.
Thanks for your time, efforts and supplying such a brilliant service
