Please, can anyone of the admins check my site if it meets the TOS (specially the Ads thing) as I'm so interested on having this site running as soon as possible, and I don't want to publish them until everything is correct?.

Thanks in advance.

A good way would be to read over the T.O.S. and then take alook at your site to see if your complying.

it's not so difficult to know if your site meets the TOS:

1. You can't upload copyrighted music/videos
2. you can't upload any commercial software, or illegal software, or copyrighted software.
3. you can't have porn on your site
4. your site should not use so much server resources

about the ads, it's easy. you must copy the code exactly as provided, according to your hosting plan. remember, if you use corporate, you should put the banner visible so the user doesn't needs to scroll down to view the banner.

Your allowed to have commercial and copyrighted software on your site so long as you actually bought it and have proof of that purchase.

I would say just check what you have on your site, if there is anything you think may violate the TOS, look for that specific thing to be mentioned in it. Or you could just read the TOS and find out....

Actually the ONLY way to have copyright material of any kind on your site is with DIRECT permission from the author of said material. Then you would have to prove that to x10hosting. ANY copyright material that is on a website without the authors consent is a clear violation of the T.O.S.
