How can I create my own upload site

I want to create my personalize uploading site for my visitors, can i ask where I can get references like PDF's where I can learn from it

you can always start a phpbb forum and use it for uploads from your users that way you can make comments on the file and easily manage what users can upload and download files. you can install phpbb2 from cpanel hope that helps

You could also use the docman component for joomla.
