how can i download a backup file?

i try to download the latest backup file but it always failed.

Cannot download this file.
Details:
HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error.

i'm using internet download manager

the accessing backup is downloadable now.

last time i try to download it's always HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error.
but now it's working.
