When your google site has a high or good ranking it will be cached so make sure it is SEO (search engine optimized or optimization.)

You can see how to complete SEO at the following video]'

Once you are on google you will be able to see a cached version of your site.
You can check to see if you are on then or now by typing your website into google.

Hope this Helps

It has been my experience that Google caches just about every website eventually. I have a couple of websites that have very few hits and very few sites linking to them but they were still cached by Google in less than a month and listed in Google Search if correct combination of keywords / phrases are entered. Of course, as Mattblog mentioned, site optimization is helpful for this and is an excellent idea for all websites.

May be google bot has already visited it search it in google like this site:yoursite.com in google search.

You can create an account with google by visiting http://www.google.com/webmasters and post your site for review in x10hosting forum's review my site section and if you want to do link exchange then post it in forum's link exchange section.Google's article about SEO is great and you can find it in webmaster's tools. It can help you.

Google's articles about SEO also advise against link schemes, so I personally don't recommend you use them as they can possibly do more harm than good if used too extensively.
