I would say to install Wordpress, a decent blog software. Although there are several to choose from through Fantastico ... depending on what you are looking for.

Here's another vote for WordPress. With WP you have a big choice of templates to suite the mood of your blog. They also have widgets that you can add and even allow you to blog offline and then email it to your website. If you wanna just blog then go with WP.

I agree with the others. There are several to choose from in Fantastico. All you have to do is to login to your cPanel, look for Fantastico and under the blog section you will find quite a few CMS to choose from. Install whatever you want from there.
