Buy premium hosting, then post a support ticket in the clients are with your free hosting username and your data will be transferred.

Keeping in mind of course that when you've been permanently suspended for a proxy in your Proxy subfolder, they lose the ability to migrate your account to paid. Proxies aren't allowed on x10hosting's free or paid shared services.

And yes, you were just permanently suspended for a proxy.
