How Chmod!

Go to Cpanel, Click on the icon named file manager. Find the file and click on it. A menu on the left will say CHMOD click it and do what the installation said to do.

Or just use FlashFXP, it has a CHMOD option without opening the CPanel.

Or you can use Smartftp to chmod files

u can use any FTP client to CHMOD permission of a file.

yes it is usally left click and it says it or one of the buutons at the to i use ws_smart ftp
