How come my website isn't loading?

My website: murderone.x10hosting.com is not loading. I am trying to set up an SMF forum ( murderone.x10hosting.com/forums/install.php ) and nothing is loading for me.

I uploaded the files into the public html folder as I was told by the guides and it just isn't working for me.

Can anyone help me?

I belive there is a problem with the server thats hosting websites.
I'm having problems with the newabsolut.x10 server.
My website/cpanel wont load either. You cant install SMF because you have to access the install script... You cant do that if your website is down.
