How do i access my site via FTP

ok. i try using my FTP uploader to conenct to my ftp (true.exofire.net) but it says "Connection closed" i told the ftp client to log in to ftp with my user + p/w but no luck.

i have no idea how lol :dunno:

You should be using the username truecop.

Try changing your cPanel password and then connecting to ftp. If it still doesn't work try using absolut.x10hosting.com as the server.
