How do i activate the ftp account?

If i want to have accounts available for other ppl to log in, with or without limited access usign the ftp, how is that possible?

i have already set up the ftp account and created an account under test1 username, yet when i went to the

ftp.(name).elementfx.com

it says ftp not accessable? does that mean that i have to turn on ftp access, and if so how do i do it?

It is already on. Make sure that you created a FTP account with no restrictions.
