How do I close a ticket

I have a ticket that has been open a couple of months. My question was answered soon after I posted it, but I can't find how to close it. I haven't found related posts after trying several different times. How do I close it, please?

Can you link me to the ticket? Paragons can close them if they know where they are, dunno what happened to our "auto-close-after-7-days" addon.
