How Do I connect my old account?

First joined X10hosting in 2019 - 2020 but let lapse. Received inactivity warning, but did not want to pursue at that time.
Tried to log back into account now but obvisouly would not let me. Looked at this problem in forum and a similiar case they were told to rejoin and then admin would hook up old account again.

I do not mind having a new account but at the same time I do not want to break the terms and conditions by having two accounts. Can anyone help or advise what I should do now.

i dont see any current services related to your forum username.
there is a mandatory requirement of signing in at least once every 30 days to keep free accounts.
at that time after you would be suspended for inactivity if you dont,
then you have an additional 27 to 30 days to request unsuspension.
if you dont your account is normally automatically purged/deleted.
so since you have not logged in since 2020 id assume any service/website has been deleted.

there is a new rule about how many accounts you can have (which is 1 account per ip address)
but if you do run into trouble and get suspended for multiple accounts you can always request
that the suspension is lifted.
