how do i create a full backup of everything please?

i want to create a backup of everything all settings, website, ftp the lot is it possible on free ? and if not what is the cheapest plan to upgrade to for full back up and restore options?

sorry found a link detailing instructions but the database part seems to be out of date ?

"Scroll down the Save as File and make sure the box is checked.

Then choose gzipped for Compression and select a name for the database. If you want the format DATE DATABASES-NAME then enter the following (Case Sensitive): %m-%d-%Y - __DB__

Click Go and that's your database backup.

To restore a backup, use the Import tab."

there is no save as file or gzipped?

Select your DB
Click on Export
click on Custom - display all possible options
default is save as file, you can set compression
