How do I delete a service and close my account

I had used x10hosting in the past and had an account and a service that was closed (not by me). I was forced to create a new service and domain, but none of the domains I create ever work (after weeks, I would think the DNS would have propagated). I assume there is something amiss in my account and I only wish to remove my services and close my account, but I cannot find any way to do that.

Does anyone have an idea on how to remove everything from x10hosting, including the closing of an account?

The x10 free account is auto close/delete. Just do not login here: https://x10hosting.com/login for 30 days or during a month. It takes that long for staff to consider a delete request anyway.

the correct procedure takes about 60 days,
after the first 30 days it goes into suspend mode, then 30 days later it usually gets auto purged,.
