You are suspended for high resource usage,
1st and 2nd high resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended by yourself in accountpanel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
For 3rd, the staff has to do it for you.
The high resource usage can be caused by a newly installed plugin or script. Check it.

Hi atag headquarters,
It seems to be your hosting account is not linked to forum account. Can you provide us the cpanel user name to know further what happened?
Most probably because of inactivity , your account might have suspended and then terminated. In that case you can re register for account with the same forum username.
You have to login to forums atleast every 31 days.
Final thing. Create your own thread don't post in other support thread
