#1. > download a copy of all database files to your computer
#2. > download the program files to your computer
Try NOT to make a large data-dump - of the whole Web site in one file
go to the Web site of the CMS (program you made the site with) - look for help with something like 'How to move to new host'
which should tell you what you need to change and how to 'install' your files on the new host
For help getting started at x10hosting - good place is the Wiki at --> http://x10hosting.com/wiki/KB
