How do I install my own SSL?

I have a SSL certificate and key from another source. how do i install it? I have cut and pasted into SSL certificates area (Paste a pre-generated certificate and key) but I still see the site as unsecure. Also, when saving i got the message to turn of auto renew for"Let's Encrypt config". Where do I find that? Thanks
