You need to go to the domain name provider's site and fill in the details there. This has been answered before on the forums though...

Yes, ask Sharky said, this has been answered several times. There are multiple things you can do, but you basically need to change the namservers at your domain registrar's site to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, and then add the domain as either parked or an addon domain in cpanel. Please use the search feature here to find more specific info if this is not enough.
