how do I log into my FTP?

Being all new here, I'd like to know what is the Host name I have to put so as to access my ftp? This is my website address:
http://lvhoang.exofire.net

Also would you know the file size limit?

First of all, you'll need a FTP Client.
A good and free one, is FileZilla.

This is the information you need:


FTP/Host: ftp.lvhoang.exofire.net
Port: 21 (default)
Username: The same username you use to login to cPanel.
Password: The same password you use to login to cPanel.
