I had some issues logging in earlier today but all that is now working fine.
Now I want to be able to log on to cPanel but have not figured out how to do it.
Here is what I know:
1. There is no link on the "My Websites" page to cPanel.
2. There is a link on the "My Websites" page to File Manager and it works just fine.
3. My link to the :2082 port gives me an error: "The security token is missing from your request".
4. But the cPanel Login works anyway and appears to authenticate. But it does not open the cPanel page.
5. The successful cPanel login takes me back to the "My Websites" page.

Any ideas?

try -
clicking the "Switch Theme" button near the top right corner - after you log-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - you can choose between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and [ cPanel x3 ] themes

Thanks to both you and brittbr2. But just off hand why no a cPanel link on the basic page. Seems like the obvious thing to do.

You are opening cPanel already, just in a simplified theme that's an awful lot easier for the SiteBuilder/quick install crowd that forms the majority of the users here. (When you barely know how to turn on a computer, the regular cPanel layout can be just a little daunting.) That's why you need to switch themes rather than go to a different URL.
