HOW DO I POINT (NAME CHEAP DOMAIN) TO X10 FREE HOSTING

I've searched the forum endlessly now it's time to reach out. I could only find small pieces to my answer in the forum. Could someone help a newbie out?

Goal:

• Trying to connect the domain I brought from name cheap: popcorntrailer.com to http://test2017.elementfx.com.

X10 Hosting

• I've set up an account with X10 Hosting.
• I have a test page up and running here: http://test2017.elementfx.com
• Tried adding a parked domain and received this error: ($RAW_FORM{'domain'}) failed: (XID ah4fq8) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

Name Cheap Registered NS:

• Added X10 hosting name servers in Name Cheap
  
• ns1.popcorntrailer.com 99.198.122.2
• ns2.popcorntrailer.com 173.236.27.195

Name Cheap A Record:

• Added an (A Record)
• Host: @
• Value: 198.91.81.4

you need to set x10hosting's nameservers in your account at namecheap
