How do I unsuspended my account

Dear x10Hosting,
I got suspended for "Using to much resources". I requested to be unsuspended about 3 or 4 hours ago yet you say that I can get unsuspended immed.
Here is the reason:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immed.

So why can't I get my hosting account back online? Also how much resources was I using? Show me the logs of my usage.

I have unsuspended your account.

You can unsuspend yourself through that same page by clicking a button on the bottom that says Unsuspend Account.

Go to Hosting --> Open Actions to view the status of this.
