how do i use personal domain ?

hi, i've signed up a free domain (trendylifestyles.co.cc). i wish to replace (trendylifestyles.elementfx.com) with (trendylifestyles.co.cc).

things i have done:

name server settings:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

parked domain:
trendylifestyles.co.cc

domain root:
/public_html

redirects to:
http://www.trendylifestyles.elementfx.com/

everything seems to be working fine but when i type http://www.trendylifestyles.co.cc/, it redirects to http://www.trendylifestyles.elementfx.com/ and shows the url http://www.trendylifestyles.elementfx.com/ instead of http://www.trendylifestyles.co.cc/.

did i do anything wrong? thanks. :dunno::lockd:

You need to make sure it's not parked or added on in your cPanel, then go to your AIP at http://x10hosting.com/login , from there you can switch away from your x10 subdomain and put your new TLD in.
