How do you install PuTTY to an x10 server?

SSH/telnet is not available in free hosting.

Edit: Putty is a just a telnet/ssh client which you install on your own computer but as stated above SSH/telnet connection is not available in free hosting

what is the required operation you trying to achieve? if it's just uploading files to your account, download ftp clients instead.
