For last few days i cant login to my cpanel.
i try login to these addresses:
https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/
http://x10hosting.com:2082/
http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082
and reset my password 3 times.

How i can login to cpanel someone help me.

I am Escalating your thread to ticket area, where admins will look into this issue.

Note for Staff: Shadow file issue i think.
