How is a account considered inactive?

I mean all I am going to use is the script zen cart and use it for my website that is hosted by you. So I really most of the time would login to zen cart admin instead of cpanel and if I need to change our logo, images I then would login to cpanel, but still be using your cp.

To keep your account active you need to login once every two weeks to the forum, and reed the news.
If you don't, you'll get your account suspended.
