free-hosting support in these forums is community based (i.e. by volunteers) and most of them do not have access to your free-hosting's server - if needed to resolve your issue

the reality is staff (i.e. Admins) may not have the time needed for free-hosting accounts - staff's other projects and services take priority over free-hosting's accounts support

If this is the case they should not advertise the way they do, and not state that you have to post on the forum to get more than 512mb of space. If this was information made available prior to creating the page I made and uploaded, I might have chose a different host.
