How long for account to be processed and has anyone used alfresco with x10?

I've been waiting over 8 hours for the host to enabled. Still pending. What's the turn around time. this is taking a while and wasn't sure what was normal.

Also has anyone been able to install alfresco CMS on a x10 server?
